Release inner blocks, reconnect with yourself, and step into the new year with clarity, grounded action, and renewed energy. Three online interactive sessions of two hours each. Dates: Tuesday 20th + 27th January + 3rd February 2026 Time: 7-9 pm AEDT Spaces available: 15 With two powerful healers – Murray Jackson and Astrid Boot - who ‘walk their talk’, you’ll be assured of deep yet practical inner work and nervous-system safe healing without overwhelm. Murray and Astrid hold space for you in three online sessions, so you’ll experience alignment, clarity and grounded transformation, which brings you more in the present moment. The topics and content of the three sessions are: Session 1: Work, Purpose and Money We’ll cover stuckness, limiting beliefs, the energy of money, fulfilment and passion of what you do. Furthermore, we’ll connect the heart with the mind and ego and we’ll improve self-talk to achieve increased self-love. Session 2: Relationships - Self & Others We’ll explore weaknesses with boundaries. Besides this, we’ll work on getting clarity around patterns in relationships and what you can learn from people who are brought on your path. Session 3: Health - Connection to your Body We’ll make the connection with your body, the major chakras and major organs and comprehend the language of your body when you experience pain, stress, challenges and trauma. We’ll cover communication about emotions and feelings. We’ll provide healing for wounded inner children from traumatic experiences. Additionally, we’ll empower you to transform being in the survival mode into being in a peaceful mode.
